Get minimum stock for a warehouse

Returns the minimum stock quantities set in a warehouse, one row per item.

Check warehouse_id on each row to make sure it belongs to the warehouse you asked for.

Required permission:

Group	Permission
Products	View and set minimum stock quantities (MSQ)
