Adds counted quantities to a stocktake. Send an array of counts, one per item and location.

Counts are added to what's already been counted, so sending soh: 2 for an item already counted at 3 makes it 5. Send only the new counts each time, not running totals. Counts for an item and location not counted yet are added as new rows. Counts for item IDs that don't exist are skipped. item_account is set by Smooth POS, so you don't need to send it.

Adding counts moves the stocktake to In Progress and returns the updated stocktake. It fires the stocktake_add_count system hook with the stocktake before and after and the count you sent. You can't add counts to a completed stocktake.
