Replaces your loyalty program settings. Every setting is overwritten with what you send, and anything you leave out is cleared or set to zero, including program_tiers.
To change one setting, get the loyalty program first, change what you need, and send the whole object back.
Fires the loyalty_program_update system hook with the settings before and after.
