Returns a list of your completed stocktakes. It's read-only. Looking for open ones? Use /stocktakes/open.json or /stocktakes/inprogress.json.
This list uses limit and offset for paging rather than a cursor.
Not the same as completing a stocktake
To mark a stocktake as complete, use GET /stocktake/{id}/complete.json instead. That one changes data.
