List terminated POS staff

https://api.smoothpos.net/posstaff/terminated.json

Returns POS staff who have been terminated, with their termination date. This list isn't paged, so limit is ignored.

Required permission (any one of these):

GroupPermission
Stores & StaffList and view POS sales staff
Stores & StaffCreate, edit and terminate POS sales staff (includes view)

Partial match on first_name.

Partial match on middle_name.

Partial match on last_name.

Greater than (not including) the hire_date.

Partial match on email.

Greater than (not including) the termination_date.

Comma-separated list matched against id.
