Creating a store user

Each store requires a store user so lets set this up.

Each store requires a store user that has the Enter POS transactions right by default we have a security group called Store that will give you all the basic privileges a store needs.

From in Smooth POS select Admin >> Users

Select New User

Give the user a First Name and a Last Name

Enter the stores Email address this needs to be a real and valid email address that the store can access as its used for the OTP (one time password) upon logging in.

Select the Group Store

Select the stores that this user will have access to, if left un selected the user will be able to utilise all stores.

New User

Select Save Changes

Your user is now ready and can login to start trading.
